May 19, 2014: Great article from the AZ Republic talking about upcoming communities (Stoneledge at North Canyon by Meritage Homes and La Solana by Pulte Homes) and general development in the North Valley and Happy Valley Corridor. May 11, 2014: An update on the new Deer Valley USD K-8 school planned for the North Valley. Ground breaking is scheduled for this September with a completion date of July 2015. Still no final decision on boundaries. If you have kids at or entering Norterra Canyon or Sunset Ridge keep an eye on this story!
